Riverside County was one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in California in 2017. Kaiser Permanente aims to stay ahead of that growth by continuing to build state-of-the-art, patient friendly, all-in-one medical facilities.
Kaiser Permanente Murrieta Mapleton MOB is part of Phase 1 of the Kaiser Permanente Reimaging Ambulatory Design (RAD) projects project, which seeks to innovate approaches to healthcare delivery in the built environment. Glumac provided building commissioning services.
This newly constructed medical office building is a 79,500 sf, two-story building that features specialty departments, including Ob/Gyn; Gastroenterology; Adult Primary Care; Cardiology; Endocrinology; Hematology/Oncology; Nephrology; Pulmonology; Rheumatology; General Surgery; Orthopedics; Ophthalmology and Urology; as well as a parking lot. The facility also includes an employee lounge, pharmacy, conference rooms, offices, TERs, an outdoor café, and outdoor courtyard.
