This project involved the construction of a new 42,000 sf, two-story medical office building and outpatient surgery center. The building houses an ambulatory surgery center with seven operating rooms and associated PACU, as well as clinical office space for several specialty medical practices. This facility provides outpatient surgical procedures in the fields of Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Gynecology, Dental, Oral & Maxillofacial, Plastic Surgery, Cardiology, Urology, Neurosurgery/Pain Management, Podiatry and General Surgery.

Glumac provided design, construction and acceptance phase commissioning related to all the HVAC systems, as well as the emergency power and lighting control systems.
