Resilient. Healthy. Sustainable.
Glumac's healthcare team understands the critical nature of every care facility, regardless of its size or use. Our team has experience working in lean delivery projects while maintaining facility uptime and has designed systems for net zero healthcare facilities.
At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, along with our parent company Tetra Tech, our team participated in the quick re-opening of hospital spaces to accommodate waves of patients. Regardless of circumstance, our team is here to partner with you to ensure your new or existing facility is delivering care to your community as efficiently and sustainably as possible.
Resiliency, affordability, and access to care are integral to our design approach. We focus on delivering health care facilities that improve the lives of patients and caregivers alike."

Our Approach
Access to Care in Sustainable Environments
We regularly work with some of the largest healthcare providers in the world to create sustainable MOBs that play key roles in delivering care to communities big and small.
Our team has experience designing several LEED certified MOBs, as well as MOBs designed to achieve Net Zero energy certification.
During the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, our team partnered with Tetra Tech's High Performance Buildings Group to prepare hospitals to handle the surge of patients impacted in the immediate wave of illness.
We also featuring lighting and sustainability teams that integrate biophilic design schemes to improve the work/life quality of healthcare practitioners and to enhance the healing process of patients in every area of care.
From pharma labs to university research, our team has designed advanced laboratory facilities that exceed the health, safety, and sustainability requirements of our clients. Using computational fluid dynamic modeling, our designers create spaces that maintain safety within the lab while ensuring the surrounding environment is not impacted by any potential exhaust.
