Designing Low-Carbon Campuses
The Glumac Education team has partnered with some of the largest universities in the country, designing high-efficiency, sustainable buildings meant to operate for 100 years or more. We're also developing carbon reduction programs for university systems to adopt across their portfolio of campuses and meet their carbon neutrality goals.
For us, data is everything. Working hand-in-hand with our energy team, we develop interactive dashboards that visualize different design scenarios and empower owners and operators to make informed choices for lasting sustainability.

Our team values data and providing solutions to our clients that are actionable and sustainable."

Our Approach
Sustainable Learning Environments
Our team features a technology integration group that operates on the cutting edge of security and safety systems design. We integrate Access Control, Biometric ID, Intrusion Detection, and Audio Visual Systems directly into the full Building Operating System.
Glumac's MEP team has collaborated with our partners in Tetra Tech's High Performance Buildings Group and the ASHRAE Pandemic Taskforce to develop recommendations for schools to design spaces that work to protect respiratory health.
Glumac has partnered with some of the largest university systems in the U.S. to design low-carbon frameworks to lower carbon emissions and meet ambitious climate goals. Leveraging large pools of performance data, our energy team is work
