Memorable Spaces. Sustainable Design.
Hospitality design is about creating an experience. Glumac's MEP and Building Sciences teams work closely with architects and owners to bring their visions to life. In hotels, resorts, wineries, high-rise mixed use developments, and casino spaces, we understand how to work with our design partners to artfully integrate systems to pair function with form, and create memorable spaces that perform efficiently and sustainable.

Experiencing Sustainable Luxury
Glumac features a technology integration team that operates on the cutting edge of security and safety systems design. We integrate Access Control, Biometric ID, Intrusion Detection, and Audio Visual Systems directly into the full Building Operating System.
Glumac's MEP team has collaborated with our partners in Tetra Tech's High Performance Buildings Group and the ASHRAE Pandemic Taskforce to develop recommendations for schools to design spaces that work to protect respiratory health.
Our designers are experts in the design of custom and efficient thermal comfort systems. The felt but unnoticed aspect of a luxury experience is the ambient comfort of a space. Our MEP and Building Sciences teams work together to deliver that experience.
