Red Rock Creek Commons is a 35,323 sf, four-story, new development that provides 48 units of workforce and affordable housing. The building is situated within a natural area, with a large deck overlooking a creek, a community room for events and socializing, a lounge and a community kitchen.

Eight units are set aside for individuals experiencing serious and persistent mental illness, with the non-profit mental health agency, New Narrative, providing support services on-site.
