Glumac provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services, this new Tier III data center.

The new Tier III data hall was constructed within an existing building that also contains two (2) other operational data halls Entire facility designed to perform as Tier III In fulfilling the Tier III requirements, the UPS system and IT distribution systems were upgraded to 2N and the generator system is N+1.

Mechanical includes 2N chilled water distribution piping with an N+2 chiller/tower configuration and N+1 CRAH units.  The chilled water plant was upgraded with water –side economization capability.
