Glumac is made of up a diverse group of building design and commissioning experts who bring leading edge design expertise to our clients and create an inclusive work environment focused on creating the next generation of building engineering leaders.

We consider the full lifecycle of a building. Our MEP engineers partner with our sustainability strategists, building performance modelers, and commissioning agents to take a holistic approach to sustainable building design.

As a Tetra Tech Company, our firm partners with building design and experts and sustainability analysts from across the globe to design buildings and communities that mitigate and are resilient to the impacts of climate change.

Glumac engineers and commissioners have delivered some of the most sustainable buildings in the world. From net zero energy government office buildings, to creating the zero carbon framework for the entire California State University system, striving for a sustainable future is what motivates our work.

We are longtime partners with the USGBC, WELL, and the International Well Building Institute. Our staff features nearly 100 LEED APs, and numerous WELL APs and Living Building Challenge Ambassadors. We are active educators, regularly partnering with these organizations for large conference presentations, and work directly clients for one-on-one in person lunch and learns.

At Glumac we love our offices. Whether it's overlooking the beautiful Willamette River in Portland, the DTLA skyline in Los Angeles, or the San Francisco Bay, we are committed to providing staff with fun, healthy, and safe working environments.

But we're flexible! And we want to make your work/life balance the best it can be. All staff at Glumac can and do work from home. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all Glumac staff went remote, and it has become central to our operations.
