Glumac University: The Learning Never Stops.
Continuous improvement within Glumac is taken seriously. We want to learn from our successes and expand them, and learn from our mistakes and not repeat them. Glumac University is our continuous education program to foster learning and better service for our clients.
Once a month we all get together for Glumac University - an hour-long seminar prepared by an employee (and sometimes from an outside consultant) for employees. All Glumac offices are linked together through web-conferencing for a simultaneous learning session and discussion. Our collaborative approach to learning and sharing ensures that we all get a little smarter and wiser every month - and we're always happy to repeat a presentation for a client.
