A Focus on Sustainability
Glumac is a leader in sustainable design. We are a longtime member and active in the U.S. Green Building Council, the premier green building organization in the United States.

Glumac’s staff includes over 90 LEED APs, and we have collaborated with clients and owners in the development of over 200 LEED certified and/or registered projects. Glumac takes particular pride in the energy efficient and sustainable building technologies that we incorporate into our projects, such as radiant heating and cooling, daylight and rainwater harvesting, and photovoltaics.

Green Buildings That Work
Glumac understands that when a building’s construction wraps up, it does not mean the project is necessarily complete. We offer follow-up monitoring services to ensure that our systems function properly after occupants move in. Glumac’s engineers and commissioning agents fine-tune building systems to better reflect their actual operational needs, which are based on such criteria as a building’s fluctuating occupancy and hours of operation.
