We encourage the development of talent in the organization through an active mentorship program that fosters the involvement of junior engineers in a one-on-one training relationship with senior engineers. They provide critical information on new technologies and developments in the field of engineering and related topics. Glumac encourages and sponsors memberships in a host of professional organizations for its employees and provides for the continuing education needs of staff members.
There is a lot more to life than just work – even for an engineer. Although we do work hard to make every project great, we also create a variety of company-sponsored events like softball, golf, picnics as well as recurring potlucks, unique holiday parties, noon BBQs and our almost famous annual Glumac Chili Cook-off.
